Enterprise Onboarding Specialist with German Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Set up and maintain merchant contracts of the new and existing customers in our systems; Check and ensure the complete, correct documentation of application received including contract relevant onboarding data and KYC/AML relevant information and documents; Provide telephone and email support for customer service including financial queries; Answer product questions and provide answers to basic technical questions; Independently process of all kinds of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA’s and quality requirements; Update systems to reflect contract changes, including activating new services and changes to the customer status; Actively support operational implementation of new products and services, participate and cooperate in projects; Execute recurring tasks (e.g. Brands registration); Resolve and follow up on customer issues escalating to technical support teams as appropriate; Our requirements Proven experience in customer service or account management; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely; German and English skills at professional level in speaking and writing; Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions quickly; Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams; Flexibility to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; A good understanding of technology and the ability to grasp new software tools and systems quickly; Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and committed to helping clients succeed; What we offer We are pushing towards the next frontiers of payments technology, and we look for big thinkers to join our journey.
