The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft technology stack and possess a strong understanding of modern software development practices. As an independent contributor, you will collaborate closely with a skilled team to deliver innovative solutions for our diverse clientele. Main Responsibilities: As a .NET Developer, you will take the lead in delivering high-quality IT solutions, ensuring that best practices are adhered to throughout the development process. Collaborate with software engineers to deliver robust IT solutions. Design, build, test, and deploy internal solutions and backend services. Write high-quality, maintainable code. Deploy applications to AWS, ensuring scalability and security. Engage with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Conduct design and code reviews to uphold quality standards. Key Requirements 4-6 years of experience with Microsoft tech stack including C#, MVC, and .NET CORE. Experience deploying cloud-native applications to AWS. Strong foundation in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with Swagger and OpenAPI Standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Leadership experience is a plus. Nice to Have Experience in building large-scale systems. Background in agile methodologies, particularly scrum. Familiarity with automated monitoring and observability platforms. Strong software engineering practices and craftsmanship.
