Architectural Sales Consultant CPT Market Related Location: Paarden Eiland Salary: Market-related Commission (based on quarterly revenue) Work Hours: MonFri, every second Saturday (8:30am1pm, with one Saturday off per month) A leading company in the construction materials industry is seeking a dynamic, experienced Architectural Sales Consultant to join their growing team. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in construction materials Strong B2B relationship management skills Existing portfolio of Architects, Designers, and Developers (advantageous) Matric (compulsory) Relevant qualification in business, sales, marketing or design (advantageous) Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Ability to balance new business development with client retention Comfortable advising on technical and design aspects Organised with good admin and reporting habits Key Responsibilities: Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities Manage and grow existing client relationships Assist designers in tile selection and specification Meet revenue targets and KPIs Represent the companys values with integrity and professionalism This is a long-term opportunity within a respected brand.
