Finance Assistant (3 month contract)

Finance Assistant (3 month contract role) available for a property company based in Kidds Beach Candidates to be available immediately Key Responsibilities: Capturing of cashbooks Processing of external and internal load accounts General journals Processing of debtors invoices Processing of creditors invoices Maintain the asset register Manage the petty cash and bulk fuel card Manage and follow up on insurance policies and claims Cellphone contracts administration and costing analysis Finance filing Requirements: Grade 12 with an accounting diploma / degree 3 years’ experience in an accounting position Drivers license (preferable) Advanced excel skills Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
