Dynamics 365 Developer

We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong background in building model-driven applications to support lead management and related business processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with hands-on expertise in Power Platform tools, integration, and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy model-driven apps in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support lead management and other CRM processes. Create and maintain custom automation using Power Automate , plugins , workflows , and business process flows . Configure and extend Microsoft Dataverse to meet business requirements. Develop and customize CRM solutions using JavaScript , HTML , and CSS . Build and implement components using the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) . Leverage experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules for tailored solutions. Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with external systems using REST APIs . Required Skills & Experience: 35 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Strong expertise in: Model-driven app development Microsoft Dataverse Power Automate PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Plugin and workflow development in Dynamics CRM Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript , HTML , CSS Solid understanding of object-oriented programming with experience in C# , Java , or similar high-level languages. Practical experience with system integration and use of REST APIs . Desirable Attributes: A versatile developer with a solid foundation in enterprise application development. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for clean, maintainable code.
