Job Description

Essential Skills Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of development experience (Backend & Frontend). Minimum of 3 years as a Technical Solutions Architect. Experience with software design patterns and object-oriented design. Proficiency in SAP Module Configuration, Development documentation, Interface Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Middleware, and SAP Treasury Modules. Responsibilities in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter. Advantageous Skills Requirements : SAP HANA, FIORI, SAP Multi Banking Connectivity, SAP Cash Management, SAP In-House Cash, SAP Bank Statement processing, SAP Advanced Payment Management, SAP Application Interface framework, Serrala Finance suite 2. Additional Requirements : Flexibility to work after hours if needed. Willingness to travel internationally. Experience with DEVOPS, Confluence, and Jira. Qualifications/Experience : Degree in IT or relevant experience. 8 years of experience. Mandatory Agile working experience. Role and Responsibilities : System Architecture Design : Support product owner in achieving targets. Redesign systems to support new technologies. Raise Change Requests (CRs) and write Functional Specifications. Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents. Design scalable solutions for international markets. Propose and review system designs. Move concepts to successful implementation. Refine user stories and manage technical deliverables. Present proposals to internal teams and business stakeholders. Prepare user manuals and conduct training. Assess resource requirements and define prerequisites. Identify areas for improvement and automation. Project/Support : Prepare for go-live and provide post go-live support. Guide implementation and operations teams. Support prioritization and sequencing within Sprint/KANBAN cycles. Prepare cut-over strategies. Analyze and solve SAP Module issues. Support functional teams with solutions-based approaches. Identify and mitigate project risks. Troubleshoot technical issues. Participate in stand-ups and gather requirements. Implement new system requirements. Handle deployment and release activities. Provide production support and hyper-care. Oversee DevOps team tasks. Execute configuration changes and resolve issues. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct system testing and assist QA. Arrange test data and prepare test results. Establish regression testing routines. Conduct quality control and code reviews. Oversee unit, integration, and system integration security tests. Prepare testing documents and perform internal testing. Assist developers in meeting quality and delivery requirements. Conduct system audits and quality assurance.
