Role Overview The Marketing Designer will take full ownership of our brand across all digital and print channels. In this role, youll be the driving force behind our visual identity, ensuring consistency and creativity across every touchpoint. This is a unique opportunity to own and shape our brands evolution, and create impactful visuals that resonate with our global audience. Job Requirements Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing design, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech startups. Proven track record of designing for web and digital marketing campaigns. Bachelors degree in relevant field Design Tools: Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects, and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Web Design: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for responsive design. Experience with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress. Knowledge of SEO best practices and how design impacts search rankings. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life. Creativity & Problem-Solving: A creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling assets. Excellent visual design skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to Move Fast: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay creative while working quickly in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities As a Marketing Designer, youll own the end-to-end creative process for marketing initiatives, including: Web Design & Development: Design and implement creative, visually appealing web pages for our marketing website, focusing on user experience and brand consistency. Create animations and graphics to enhance the website user journey, aligned with marketing strategies and campaigns. Optimize website design for conversion, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition. Ensure a responsive website with optimal viewing across devices by collaborating with the development team for accurate implementation of designs and animations. Conduct ongoing website audits and perform updates to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with the latest SEO practices. Marketing Collateral: Create and manage all design needs, including digital assets (ads, social media, newsletters, sales tools such as decks and one-pagers) and non-digital materials (brochures, trade show booths, swag), ensuring alignment with the brand identity across all channels. Branding: Maintain and evolve our visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels. Develop brand guidelines and ensure theyre adhered to across teams. Video & Interactive Content: Design and edit marketing videos, animations or other interactive elements to engage audiences.
