Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in Payroll Accsys PeopleWare experience MS Excel intermediate Time and Attendance software knowledge More than 5 years experience in payroll for a big company Duties and Responsibilities: Handle payroll for 1250 employees. Process timesheets. Accurately calculate all payments and deductions (increases and leave payments) Manage statutory deductions (PAYE, UIF, WCA, garnishee orders, loans etc.) Maintain payroll records. Address employee pay queries. Liaise with HR Department. Ensure timely and proactive payroll management.
