Project Sales Engineer (Bulk Materials Handling Equipment)

Job Title : Project Sales Engineer Geographical area : Durban    Salary range : Market Related   The successful incumbent will be responsible for: Develop the customer database with customers that may benefit from company products or services and maximize customer potential. Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their project requirements. Sales of products and/or services that best satisfies customer needs in terms of project scope, quality, price and delivery deadlines. Assist with negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both the customer and company needs. Host technical presentations and demonstrate how the company product / projects and process meet the customer needs. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical colleagues. Assist in the design of custom-made products and systems. Prepare costing models and mini procurement sheets. Prepare the PFD’s and P&IDs of the projects. Prepare accurate detailed project quotes.
