Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, Windows servers, and Linux servers (RedHat/Debian-based). Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, and software issues for all users. Ensure IT infrastructure security, including implementing and maintaining security patches. Manage software updates and security patches for desktops and servers. Identify and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, and connectivity. Provide technical support to all departments and users. Ensure the integrity of data integration between department system modules. Administer cloud-based environments, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspaces. Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker. Configure and manage directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP. Maintain and support VoIP systems and hardware (Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio). Develop and implement automation tasks using Bash or Python scripting. Configure and manage web servers, including Nginx and Apache. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of computer systems, software, networking, routing, and switching. Cloud Administration: Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based IT infrastructure management. Virtualization: Hands-on experience with Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker. Linux Administration: Proficiency in managing Linux servers (RedHat/Debian-based). Directory Services: Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP administration. Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace: Experience managing enterprise-level cloud productivity tools. VoIP Systems: Working knowledge of Asterisk, Freeswitch, and Kamailio. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting for automation tasks. Web Servers: Experience configuring and managing Nginx and Apache. Problem-Solving & Analysis: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for documentation and user support. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
