Activation Executive

You will use your experience in delivering campaigns across paid search and paid social channels (working with Google Ads or Meta), while analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for our clients. The Opportunity You'll be working in a dynamic team environment, with a team of experts to ensure each stage of the campaign workflow, from implementation to reporting is successfully delivered. Key Responsibilities: Support the Activation Manager in liaising with client stakeholders as needed to share insights and optimisation recommendations, ensuring they are well-informed and can make decisions based on robust analysis. Stay attentive to client needs, prioritizing their understanding and actively seeking opportunities to add value for an improved client experience. Identify and communicate pacing and optimisation opportunities, demonstrating a proactive approach in enhancing campaign performance Ad hoc reporting, including leading data pulls and the centralisation of data to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the reporting process. About you We are looking for passionate media professionals with in-platform experience, particularly across SEM campaigns. You are a strategic thinker with a strong technical edge and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will use your previous experience to identify problems and execute solutions while building and developing trust and rapport both internally and with our clients. Ideally, you will have; Minimum 6 months experience in an activation coordinator or analyst role Established knowledge of digital media buying, activating and reporting on campaign success Experience with ad serving technology, Demand Side Platforms and Data Management Platforms Proven experience contributing with client interactions and campaign management Foundational understanding of the broader media landscape At Half Dome, we offer access to flex days each week, a flexible approach to leave including access to advanced annual leave, wallets for wellbeing, learning and subsidising everyday logistical costs, as well as ongoing learning and development opportunities and paid parental leave.
