We're on the lookout for a Senior Data Scientist ready to take ownership of exciting technical challenges and play a key role in building the company's data science capabilities from the ground up . What You’ll Be Doing Develop advanced ML models (prediction, clustering, classification, etc.) to drive preclinical insights ️ Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and processes Collaborate with a small team of software engineers & scientists Experiment with tools, frameworks, and methodologies Champion data science best practices across the org as they carve out their AI initiatives Contribute to the growth of the team & AI of the company What We’re Looking For ✅ 5 years' experience in data science, ML, and statistical modeling ✅ Proficiency in Python, R, SQL & experience with platforms like Databricks, PyTorch, TensorFlow ✅ Background in deploying models and working within ML Ops pipelines ✅ Strong communication skills & analytical mindset ✅ Bonus: experience in biotech, pharma, or scientific research environments Why Join?
