Sourcing Manager(Snacks)

Job Responsibilities: Market Insight and Opportunity Exploration : Leverage market insights to understand consumer needs and pain points, identify market opportunities to drive company profitability, develop popular products, and overcome market barriers. Achievement of Purchasing Targets : Meet category purchasing targets in alignment with monthly sales goals. New Supplier Development : Source new suppliers based on business needs, submit for company review, and follow through with the approval process. Cost Control : Manage product costs within the category to ensure the company maintains a competitive cost advantage. Supplier Capacity Management : Manage supplier capacity to meet sales target requirements. Quality Standards Implementation : Ensure company quality standards are met, manage quality issues promptly, and coordinate with suppliers to achieve quick resolution. Job Requirements: Experience in overseas sourcing, understanding of the FMCG market and Retail industry, with familiarity in product development and supplier resources preferred. Strong suppliers resources in Toys and cosmetics. Strong communication and logical thinking skills. Proficiency in the Chinese or English as a working language. Familiarity with Chinese corporate culture, with the ability to navigate and adapt to company practices and work styles.
