YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Build and run your ‘own’ business within CGS 360 Headhunting: from sourcing to placement New Business Development to create your personal client portfolio Pro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers Negotiate T&C’s, SLA’s and RPO’s Business optimization to strengthen your relationships and upsell your services Guiding your candidates through the entire application process at your client Buddy and pro-actively guide Junior consultants QUALIFICATIONS WE ASK FOR Bachelor or Master’s degree Minimum of 3 year experience in Recruitment / Executive search Commercial & result driven mindset Dedicated to proceed your career within Executive Search in the Renewable Energy Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing Knowledge of a second language is a plus Living in the Amsterdam area is a must PACKAGE WE OFFER A beautiful office on the Herengracht in Amsterdam Working with truly down to earth, open minded and eager team members Our own private gym in our office Traveling internationally to your clients and events Lunch clubs (always a Michelin star restaurant) Inhouse training / courses to develop your skills and grow within our team Salary depending on your experience Uncapped bonus system determined by your personal revenue As a senior you will have the chance to develop yourself towards a Managing- or Principal Consultant role.
