Financial Controller

What you'll be doing Financial reporting: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including OSS. Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping practices are maintained. Budgeting and forecasting: Manage the budgeting process and deliver forecasts to guide company strategy. Compliance and regulations: Ensure all financial operations adhere to regulations. Audit management: Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes. Strategic risk management: Identify and mitigate potential financial risks. Process improvement: Continuously refine financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other teams: Provide financial insights to support projects and business initiatives What you can expect from us Salary: €3,500 - €5,000, depending on experience. What we’re looking for At least 3 years in a similar role. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP, with US GAAP a plus. Ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations. Fluent in English; advanced in Dutch. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
