The firm is known for its expertise in corporate, finance, dispute resolution, real estate, and regulatory law, with particular strength in energy, infrastructure, and project finance. It has a strong commitment to innovation, diversity, and sustainability, offering pragmatic and commercially focused legal solutions. The Role As a key member of the team, you will advise on a broad range of energy, infrastructure, and project finance matters, including: Acting for lenders, sponsors, and developers on major energy transition, renewables, and infrastructure projects. Structuring and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including project finance, acquisition finance, and debt restructuring. Advising on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and regulated utility financings. Engaging with global clients across multiple jurisdictions, often on market-leading transactions. The Ideal Candidate At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, or related fields. Experience working on complex financing transactions, ideally within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
