Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Exeter Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 Shift Pattern: 2 Shift System (Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6am-3pm, Friday 6am-2pm | Week 2: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm) We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for electrical maintenance to grow within a supportive and progressive environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine electrical maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Support continuous improvement and contribute to maintenance planning and schedules Work closely with other maintenance engineers to ensure all systems are running optimally Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fault finding, and diagnostics Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) What We Offer: A rotating shift pattern (ensuring variety and work-life balance) A supportive and collaborative work environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Opportunities for career progression within the company If you're ready to take the next step in your career and work with a fantastic team, we'd love to hear from you
