Lincolnshire | £75,000–£85,000 Bonus Private Medical | On-site, 5 Days per Week We’re partnering with a highly successful and forward-thinking business based near Lincoln to find an experienced Financial Controller who’s ready to take full ownership of a newly created finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role in a fast-paced, manufacturing-led environment where finance plays a key role in driving operational performance and long-term strategy.What’s on offer: £75,000–£85,000 base salary plus annual bonus Private medical insurance and a generous holiday allowance A visible and influential role , reporting directly to the CFO The chance to lead a team of 8–10, with 3 direct reports Full site-based role , Monday to Friday What you’ll be doing: Leading the financial accounting , statutory reporting , and internal controls function Managing and developing a motivated finance team Ensuring compliance with governance , VAT , and regulatory obligations Acting as a key finance lead, working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team What we’re looking for: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) A strong background in manufacturing or similar operational environments Proven experience as a Financial Controller or No.2 in finance A confident people manager with experience leading teams of 5 Someone who enjoys being hands-on and fully embedded on-site with the business This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role where they can shape, influence, and take real ownership of the finance function.??
