Data Analyst

Loom Talent are delighted to be leading the recruitment of a Data Analyst for a client in Swindon. Our client is a market leader in Logistics and Supply Chain management. In the role of Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: Turn data into clear insights and easy-to-understand reports. Keep customer information and follow-ups updated in Salesforce. Stay on top of key documents like contracts, account plans, SLAs, and NPS scores. Write and send client-related updates and letters. Help improve team processes by spotting what works, what doesn't, and sharing ideas. Keep Salesforce data accurate for contacts, contracts, leads, renewals, etc. Keep SOPs current and easy to follow. Help roll out better tools and processes for smoother workflows. Keep the Client Services SharePoint clean, organized, and up to date. Coordinate with other teams to make sure updates are shared on time. Lead internal meetings on contract renewals and share updates with the team and execs. Gather and manage all client KPI data in one place. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will meet the following criteria: 1-3 years' experience supporting within a logistics or supply chain department Ability to analyse data and to translate this into information for reporting The ability to communicate and build relationships across the business, including senior stakeholders Experience working with data and interpreting data Strong systems including BI and previous use of ERP or CRM Good it skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Project management skills This is a great opportunity offering the chance to join a true leader in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector.
