Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal Well-regarded UK Law Firm with a strong international focus based in the City is seeking to hire a Litigation Paralegal on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be encouraged to take on a high level of responsibility and become involved in a broad spectrum of work across all areas of the department Salary to £35,000 per annum Working hours 09:30-17:30 (3 days in the office / 2 days remote) Fantastic employee benefits to include 28 days annual leave, Private Medical Insurance, Gym Discounts etc. Litigation Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Undertake research into the establishment and structure of potential clients/claimants to identify the correct entity to participate in group action proceedings Draft correspondence to clients requesting further information to assist with the identification of the correct entity to participate in proceedings Prepare updates on client onboarding and incurred fees for internal and external purposes Coordinate the gathering of evidence; assisting with disclosure and witness statements; and trial preparation Review and collate trading data and other documentation to be provided to any third parties instructed in proceedings (e.g. barristers and experts) Undertake project and file management procedures Litigation Paralegal Skills & Requirements: A good foundational disputes/litigation experience including some exposure to arbitration matters Time management and communication skills are essential Highly motivated individual to work both autonomously and as part of a team
