Personal Tax Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join a highly regarded accountancy firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity for a tax professional looking to step into a managerial role or an existing manager seeking a new challenge in a firm that values both technical expertise and client relationships. The Role: Managing a varied portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts Overseeing compliance and advisory work, ensuring clients receive expert guidance on tax planning Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and supporting their development Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships Staying up to date with changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly About You: CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience) Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work Proven ability to manage a portfolio and develop client relationships Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and develop junior staff This firm offers a supportive working environment, hybrid flexibility, and career progression opportunities.
