This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of legal strategy and work closely with top-tier professionals in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do : Support and lead the legal team, driving excellence in legal matters across the organisation. Provide strategic legal advice and briefings to the senior leadership team and board. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions to support business growth. Oversee the Data protection officer and compliance matters for the business Coordinate, negotiate, and review commercial contracts Manage and update all legal process documents Experience Required: Proven experience as a General Counsel or in a similar legal role within an international FinTech business. Experience in a private equity-backed business Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to legal challenges. Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external counsel Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex legal situations.
