The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity exists in our global Knowledge and Expertise (K&E) function for an experienced knowledge professional to join our team. K&E's work and responsibilities go to the heart of Ashurst's 2027 strategy. Our specialists across the firm empower our legal teams with insights, skills and tools so that they can deliver exceptional client service across the globe. They: equip our practice areas with high-quality research and thought leadership, and develop and maintain our legal knowledge and information resources; enable our lawyers to achieve practice excellence through legal learning programmes and mentoring; enhance our legal teams' work and client delivery by implementing next-generation tools and technologies, and by driving consistency in our legal documents and processes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced knowledge professional to support our offices and practices with their knowledge management needs. This role will also play a pivotal role in transforming our knowledge management practices by leveraging advancements in automation and artificial intelligence. About you: The successful candidate will have: Qualifications or equivalent relevant experience in knowledge management, information management, business administration or related field. Minimum of 3 years' law firm experience. Deep understanding of legal workflows and experience using a range of knowledge management, document and content management or legal technology tools including iManage, SharePoint, Confluence or similar tools. A user centric approach to services and commercial awareness. Strategic thinking capability with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. What makes Ashurst a great place to work?
