Group Management Accountant

Group Management Accountant - £65,000 - £75,000 - Dartford - Hybrid, Bonus & Benefits - ACCA/CIMA/ACA IN2 Consult are partnering with a growing company based in Dartford on their recruitment of a Group Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This opportunity requires a candidate with proven ability with strong management accounting experience who is experienced in working within a multi-entity environment. This role will play a key part in driving and shaping the business during an exciting period of growth. This Group Management Accountant role includes the following responsibilities: Take ownership of preparing management reporting packs, including prepayments, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis against the budget, and fixed assets. Support the audit process, ensuring alignment, compliance, and accuracy. Use your expertise to enhance the finance function by improving controls, processes, and overall professionalism. Lead the consolidation of three entities, with a future focus on automation. Collaborate with external stakeholders responsible for completing statutory reporting. The ideal candidate for this Group Management Accountant role will have the following experience: ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified with at least 2 years' PQE Proven experience in producing accurate management accounts Experience in supporting audit processes Prior track record in multi-entity consolidations Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work well individually or as part of a team Ability to drive business performance and implement process improvements ERP system implementation experience (desired but not essential) Group Management Accountant - £65,000 - £75,000 - Dartford - Hybrid, Bonus & Benefits - ACCA/CIMA/ACA
