Commercial Gas Engineer£45k - £50k Car AllowanceBerkshire Full Benefits Package We are seeking a commercial Gas Engineer to join our clients team in the Berkshire area.There is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer looking to progress into a management role, overseeing the work of engineers and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations. Responsibilities of Commercial Gas Engineer Manage and coordinate a team of engineers, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas systems. Act as the primary point of contact for all gas-related matters, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Perform regular inspections and audits of gas installations to ensure compliance and safety. Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all gas systems in line with health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with other departments and contractors to maintain seamless operation on-sites Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing training and development opportunities. Conduct risk assessments and develop action plans to mitigate potential hazards. Essential Qualifications/Skills for Commercial Gas Engineer Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer, with a strong understanding of gas systems. Familiarity with relevant gas safety standards and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Must be eligible for security vetting, which will be conducted prior to employment.
