Tax Assistant Manager - Asset Finance

Our client's Asset Finance & Leasing Tax group provides advice to a wide variety of institutions, including banks, manufacturers, financial institutions, private equity and rolling stock leasing companies. You will oversee compliance and provide tax advisory services, not least structuring and debt based tax advice. You may also spot opportunities for teams in the firm who deal with areas of tax risk such as tax technology and tax compliance. This role will also involve regular pre and post deal/transactions tax advisory work and opportunity to work on the deals themselves. Must possess a ACA or CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
