They're recruiting a Finance Business Partner who can bring strong commercial insight & help shape a new mindset around how finance supports operations. Based anywhere (but with travel to Edinburgh periodically) with a flexible hybrid model , this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a mark in a values-driven business undergoing exciting change. You’ll: Partner with Heads and Project Managers to guide budget ownership and forecasts Drive commercial thinking and influence a profit-positive mindset Lead on financial performance reporting and systems change initiatives Deliver insight through monthly projections and risk/opportunity analysis Own key elements of financial compliance and process improvement Step up on board-level KPIs, project reporting, and transformation programmes You ??As Finance Business Partner, you’ll be confident in your ability to blend financial rigour with strategic thinking. You'll bring: Experience as a Finance Business Partner in a reasonably large organisation Proven ability to influence decision-makers and deliver financial projects Sharp commercial awareness and the ability to simplify complexity Experience with finance systems (especially change or implementation projects) Excellent interpersonal skills - comfortable engaging non-financial stakeholders Accountancy qualification is preferred Ideally a commercial background A mindset that embraces change, questions the status quo, and supports growth At Three Bridges Recruitment, two of our core values are "striving for brilliance" and "relatability."
