Technical Support Engineer

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Overview: A manufacturer of speciality chemicals is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support to its UK and European customer & distributor network. The role combines product expertise with customer-facing work and requires someone with an engineering background and a practical, solution-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to distributors and customers via phone, email and on-site visits Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations Support customer trials, handle product quality complaints and assist with investigations Create and maintain technical datasheets, case studies and knowledge databases Host webinars, assist with exhibitions and contribute to marketing content Requirements: Engineering-based degree Engineering bias with hands-on, problem-solving ability Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel occasionally (UK and Europe) Please note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
