Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate) - Global FTSE 100 | £450-£600/day PAYE | Hybrid | Immediate Start | Berkshire A global household, FTSE 100 business is looking for up to 3 Senior Legal Counsel to join on a contract basis until Dec 2025. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex projects and the opportunity to work across commercial, corporate, compliance, and governance matters in a fast-paced international environment. You'll work alongside internal stakeholders across legal, finance, tax, and the wider business - helping shape commercial decisions, ensure legal integrity, and deliver on business objectives. The role: Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts Provide practical legal advice that blends legal foresight with commercial insight Support governance, compliance, and documentation across a large international legal entity portfolio Work collaboratively across internal teams and with external counsel Contribute to legal processes, playbooks, and best practice improvements What we're looking for: UK qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with strong in-house or large law firm background Experience advising global businesses, ideally listed/FTSE-level Proven experience in commercial contracts, corporate governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail Comfortable handling workload autonomously and working across multiple jurisdictions Contract terms: £450-£600/day PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay) Hybrid 1-3 days in the office, Berkshire Immediate start preferred Apply now to be considered for this opportunity to contribute to a globally recognised brand during a period of exciting legal transformation.
