Senior Financial Accountant

An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Qualified Senior Financial Accountant to join a Global Hospitality Group based in Central on a permanent basis. This role provides hands-on accounting control and strategic financial insights, guiding the business toward successful growth. Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Financial Reporting: Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing the year-end group audit. Deliver monthly consolidated accounts for various subgroups within the business. Prepare audit packs for all sites, making necessary adjustments, and resolving audit queries. Prepare statutory accounts for all entities, including iXBRL tagging, and ensure timely filings with Companies House and HMRC. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative approach Advanced Excel is essential, coupled with first-rate communication/interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with stakeholders and non-financial managers. Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential. The role offers one day a week working from home. Working hours are 09.00 to 18.00, 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays and 50% discount on restaurants within the group.
