Commercial Property Paralegal – Weybridge A highly respected, long-established and forward-thinking law firm in Weybridge is seeking a Commercial Property/Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy and growing team You will support experienced commercial property solicitors on a wide range of high-quality development and new build matters, acting on behalf of housebuilders, developers and property investors. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Collaborating with your supervising solicitor on active caseloads Managing and progressing a variety of ongoing commercial property matters Liaising with clients, developers and third-party professionals The firm actively participates in major networking events, legal dinners and social gatherings — an excellent opportunity to build or expand your legal network. Typical matters you will work on include: New build developments Residential and commercial property acquisitions and disposals Development agreements Drafting and negotiating leases To be considered, your background should include: Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial property, real estate, or new build matters within a UK private practice law firm A strong academic record (eg, 2:1 or above in your law degree or GDL) Residence in or near the Weybridge area The firm is known for its high-quality training and internal progression opportunities.
