Field Service Technician

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a global chemical manufacturer to recruit a Field Service Technician covering the Midlands, Manchester and Yorkshire Regions.Salary: c£45-50K pa, bonus company car. Hours: Monday to Friday days and some overnight stays Our client is looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-oriented Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for the service, installation, calibration, and maintenance of complex production equipment. Duties of the Field Service Technician include: Carry out routine service calls and visits to maintain and serviceequipment Technical support for troubleshooting and reactive maintenance needs Undertake service and repair of products and systems to deliver against customer requirements Support the technical requirements of business and management teams Keep accurate records and management reports and provide training to customers and colleagues We would be keen to speak with Field Service Technicianswiththe following: Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent with a solid understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control systems 18th Edition certified Experience working in acustomer facingfield service engineer or technical support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams A logical and analytical approach totrouble-shooting and problem solving Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible to attend emergency call-outs.
