Meraki Talent are delighted to support with the permanent appointment of an Tax Accountant (Compliance & Advisory) based in Edinburgh. The Company An exciting global service organisation, with strong growth forecast and further expansion planned for their UK and European operations. This is a highly intuitive business, with talent throughout the organisation, and finance being a core and high profile function renowned for developing talent across their team. The Role The position will be responsible for compliance, reporting, planning and advisory for International entities. The responsibility will involve: Responsible for a sizable group portfolio with various entities Work with team to manage all tax risks R&D Claims Assist with global Transfer Pricing policy Support on projects i.e. acquisitions, entering new jurisdictions etc. Support with wider M&A activity including integration Provide advice across the business for both direct and indirect tax Involvement in high profile change & transformation initiatives & projects On Offer The role is based in Edinburgh with accommodating flexible/hybrid working and will offer: Up to £60,000 base salary Fantastic bonus potential Excellent pension contributions Life insurance Private healthcare Candidate Profile We are keen to engage with individuals that met the below criteria: Qualified Tax Professional and/or Accountant 3 years corporate tax experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Next Steps Please do not hesitate to contact Scott Eccles for a private & confidential discussion regarding this excellent permanent opportunity.
