Accounting Oversight Specialist

Meraki Talent are delighted to support our client, a successful global Asset Management business with the appointment of an Accounting Oversight Specialist (NAV), this is a hybrid role with excellent flexible working and a base in their Edinburgh office. The team operate in a centralised function and look after range of UK funds, including Life Funds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous NAV oversight experience, with international exposure ideally who would like to continue their development. Duties of the NAV Fund Accounting Oversight: Reviewing and approving daily valuations, prepared by the offshore location, on an exception basis. Validating high impacting NAV exceptions already approved by Senior Analyst Assisting offshore location with Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge, daily valuations and query resolution (client, internal stakeholders. Background of the NAV Fund Accounting Oversight: Experience within fund accounting, fund valuations, NAV production or an analyst role.
