Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Leading Firm in Essex Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE) Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working | Career Progression I’m working closely with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Essex that’s looking to expand its Residential Property team with an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. About the Role: You'll be joining a busy and well-established Conveyancing team that acts for a diverse range of clients – both locally and nationally, including UK-based and international buyers. The team holds Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation, reflecting its consistent delivery of high standards and robust processes.The caseload includes: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build transactions High-value property work Remortgages, auctions, shared ownership, and transfers of equity Personal guarantees and complex title matters You’ll have autonomy in running your own files (with appropriate support), and will be encouraged to actively contribute to the department’s continued success through client care, networking, and business development.
