Job Opportunity: Commercial Real Estate Solicitor Overview: We are working with an award-winning Legal 100 firm in the Brighton Office to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic and growing team. Role Requirements: Experience: Solid experience in commercial real estate transactions, including secured lending, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and property investment portfolio management Experience advising lenders, landlords, tenants and charitable organisations on a wide range of real estate matters Strong drafting skills and knowledge of relevant property legislation and case law Previous experience working closely with clients as their legal advisor on complex transactions Skills: Excellent client care skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients' commercial objectives Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, meeting deadlines and financial targets Competence in IT systems, including Outlook, Word, Digital Dictation and Case Management software Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey technical legal information effectively On Offer: Exposure to a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential property transactions Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for career development and business development participation, including presenting at seminars and writing articles Supportive team environment with access to the firm’s comprehensive training programs How to Apply: Online: Apply with your updated CV via the provided link Contact: For immediate consideration, contact Robert Rowland at G2 Legal We look forward to hearing from you.
