The Role As an Associate or Solicitor in the healthcare litigation team you will be dealing with: Manage a challenging and rewarding caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims. Work with clients such as NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, independent healthcare providers, and medical malpractice insurers. Draft legal documents, conduct negotiations, and prepare cases for trial. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering commercially focused legal advice. Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and business development activities.
