Lead and manage full lifecycle of assigned projects Ensure adherence to client's procedures, processes, and quality standards Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets Build and motivate high-performing project teams Provide mentoring and coaching across a matrix organisation Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships Create and maintain project plans and Statements of Work (SOWs) Manage project resources and contribute to forward load planning Maintain project risk, issue, and opportunity registers Develop mitigation strategies and educate project teams on risk management Track and report on project performance using dashboard metrics Chair project reviews, progress updates, and bid presentations Lead bids and proposals as Bid Manager when required Develop and communicate winning strategies What are we looking for in our next Project Manager?
