Senior Civil Engineer

Job – Senior Civil Engineer Location – Glasgow Sector – Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Our client is seeking Senior Civil Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis, delivering Scottish Water’s SR21 Water and Wastewater Infrastructure programme. This role will support our growing workload with Scottish Water. Key Responsibilities: Deliver project requirements to meet client specifications and standards. Work independently, supervise junior staff, and check the work of others. Conduct site visits, surveys, inspections, and support subcontractors. Prepare and review feasibility studies, technical reports, and other documents. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and other regulations. Prepare and check design calculations, drawings, and documentation. Stay updated with industry best practices and introduce innovations where applicable. Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering. Chartered or Incorporated (CEng/IEng) status or working towards it. Experience in the utility industry is advantageous but not essential.
