Energy Modelling Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Energy Modelling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in IES VE software and a strong background in energy modelling, sustainability assessments, and technical reporting within a consultancy environment. Based in Weybridge Salary negotiable (get in touch) Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Benefits: Opportunities to progress 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension Free onsite parking Training provided Job Description: Perform thermal modelling, TM54/TM52 assessments, and produce non-domestic EPCs. Conduct Passive Design Analysis and LZC feasibility studies. Advise clients on achieving BREEAM energy credits (e.g., ENE 01, ENE 04). Deliver NABERS UK assessments. Prepare high-quality technical reports and work independently to meet project deadlines. Person Specification: Expertise in IES VE software and energy modelling. Strong understanding of BREEAM and NABERS UK assessments. Proven ability to deliver energy assessments and sustainability solutions. Hold a valid UK driving license. Comfortable working autonomously and in a consultancy setting. Experience with NABERS UK assessments.
