Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire | £75,000–£85,000 Bonus Private Medical | On-site, 5 Days a Week Are you a commercially-minded finance leader ready to step into a pivotal role within a thriving manufacturing business?We’re supporting a growing and innovative organisation based near Woodhall Spa to recruit a Group Financial Controller . This newly created role will give you full ownership of the group’s financial reporting, controls, and compliance — as well as the opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing finance team. Why this role? £75,000–£85,000 base salary Annual performance bonus Private medical insurance Generous holiday entitlement High-impact role, reporting to the CFO Lead a team of 8–10, including 3 direct reports On-site Monday to Friday (with real visibility across the business) What you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing group financial reporting, internal controls, and statutory compliance Driving best practice across governance, VAT, and regulatory frameworks Developing and mentoring your finance team to deliver continuous improvement Acting as a key strategic partner to the CFO and wider exec team Embedding robust processes across multiple sites What you’ll bring: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Experience in a manufacturing or operations-led environment Previous success as a Financial Controller or No.2 in finance Confident leadership skills with a track record of managing teams of 5 A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to influence at all levels If you’re ready for a challenge, enjoy being embedded in the heart of the business, and want a role where your impact will be seen and felt daily — this could be the perfect next move.??
