Mechanical Technician - Typhoon 12 MonthsBased: RAF ConingsbyHourly Rate: £22.57 Paye or £30.24 Umbrella inside IR3537 Hours per week Overview BAE Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join the team working on high-performance military aircraft. Skills In-depth product knowledge of the Typhoon Academic qualifications of this tole is a minimum of City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalence Aircraft platform training The Job Undertake and complete tasked maintenance and diagnostic activities on Typhoon or components which include, Aircraft Ground Handing, Flight Servicing and component removals Review operation performance of aircraft components and systems Analyse and diagnose fault to components and assemblies Ensure that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and resolve and issues, escalating as required Support the response to audit and findings in a timely and appropriate manner manner and provide information to support the relevant review Please note – SC clearance is required for this role If you would like to be considered for this role please don't hesitate to click apply or call Levi Jackson on for more information.
