Youll be someone who can think outside of the box and capitalise on every aspect of this beautiful pub business. The Plume of feathers needs an operator with strong leadership skills who can drive sales and provide superb service. Youll also have the savvy financial skills and business acumen to maximise all opportunities. Excellent hosting skills are crucial, as this is a busy village local and destination pub. Guests migrate here to make memories and catch up on local gossip. Youll be adept at running a busy kitchen and happy to jump in when needed, becoming known for serving exceptional food and drink, with standards that are second to none throughout the pub.
