The Role Lead and develop a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, trusts, and international private clients , delivering high-level tax advisory services. Provide expert guidance on inheritance tax planning, residence and domicile issues, succession planning, and complex cross-border tax matters . Play a key role in strategic business development , working closely with Partners to drive growth and expand the firm's private client tax presence. Oversee and enhance the firm's private client tax advisory offering , ensuring technical excellence and commercial value for clients. Lead and mentor a team of private client tax specialists, developing the next generation of tax professionals. Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities, strengthening its position in the market. About You CTA and/or ACA qualified , with extensive experience in private client tax within a professional services environment. A strong background in UK and international tax advisory , particularly for HNWIs, non-doms, trusts, and estates. Proven track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships . Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.
