Project Manager Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take on a challenging role in a high-tech manufacturing environment? We are seeking a professional to lead complex projects from concept through delivery for demanding industrial applications. Project Manager Requirements: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Holding (or working towards) the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or PMI Project Management Professional certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Project. Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and risks effectively. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of working under pressure while maintaining a solutions-focused approach. Project Manager Responsibilities: Define and document project roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities using RACI matrices. Develop, baseline, and maintain project plans in alignment with lifecycle management processes. Facilitate project kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and monthly progress reviews. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring transparent reporting. Monitor and control project budgets, quality standards, and delivery milestones. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through to production handover. Promote cross-functional collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams.
