We specialize in loss prevention, fraud, and security products and services. Position Summary Amphion is seeking an experienced Service or Installation Coordinator/Dispatcher Rancho Cucamonga. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching in the service industry, is highly organized, possesses advanced computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task. This position requires the skills and ability to provide project support and service coordination. Job duties include scheduling technicians, customer service calls, preparing reports in spreadsheets, scheduling client requests. Work closely with the Project Managers and installers to ensure the consistent best in customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Handle incoming customer calls including tracking, and scheduling of calls, entering new sites, modifying existing sites, and handling all general inquiries as required · Monitor and follow up on work orders · Administer the check in/checkout process of technicians in accordance with company policy · Provide service quotes to customers with the assistance of the Service Account Manager · Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required · Follow up on all travel work orders to ensure technician has completed the work as well as the store being satisfied with completion · Schedule the tech assigned by manager. · Follow-thru and update client and supervisor on all assigned WOs and issues. · Communicate with Amphion management on all critical issues without delay. · Maintain timely order process and response to all requests assigned to you. · Contact technicians for outstanding paperwork and note all work orders accordingly with accurate notes and information of expected paperwork to be received. · Input accurate and timely notes to work orders on all WO related tasks. · Review daily work order status reports to ensure work orders are followed up on and in the correct status with the correct end/completion date. · Facilitate service operations in reference to service calls (aka, Jobs, W.O. Work Orders, etc.) as instructed by Department Manager and SAM Leads · You must be always logged into the phone system and accept calls during your scheduled shift, other than during scheduled breaks. Technical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities · Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook · Exceptional telephone skills and thrives under pressure · Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously · Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills · Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members · Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening · High school diploma or GED equivalent Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
