Utilize property management software like Appfolio for efficient operations. Supervise staff and coordinate training to enhance team performance. Analyze market trends to optimize leasing strategies and maximize occupancy rates. Handle conflict resolution and ensure tenant satisfaction through effective communication. Summary As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing property leasing operations and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while managing tenant relations and property management tasks. You will streamline leasing processes and enhance tenant satisfaction. Your strong negotiation skills, along with knowledge of landlord-tenant law and conflict management, will be essential in maintaining positive relationships and maximizing occupancy rates within the properties you manage. Qualifications Strong customer service skills. Experience in property management and leasing is a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law. Experience with Student leasing is a plus. Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills. Administrative experience with a focus on data entry and filing. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 per hour Commission per lease (up to 898 leases annually) 20% discount for a current resident Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
