Data Entry Specialist - Foreclosure Department

Job Description Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our Foreclosure Department. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to foreclosure cases, ensuring all information is up-to-date, and assisting with documentation and administrative support. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data related to foreclosure cases in company databases and software systems. Review and verify foreclosure documents for accuracy and completeness. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Organize and manage electronic and physical files for foreclosure cases. Generate reports and provide updates on case status to the Foreclosure team. Assist with the preparation of foreclosure documentation, including notices and legal filings. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding foreclosure data or case details. Collaborate with other team members to streamline data management processes. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a foreclosure/legal environment is highly desirable. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with foreclosure processes or legal terminology is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. Knowledge of relevant database systems or legal documentation software is a plus.
