Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Property Administrator who will be based in Jersey CIty, New Jersey. The individual will be responsible for managing property-related operations and tasks. The role involves working in the property industry, handling various accounting and management systems, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee and handle property management systems for efficient operations • Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial transactions • Manage the processes related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to resolve them • Process customer credit applications with precision and speed • Keep track of customer credit records and ensure their accuracy • Handle billing functions and ensure they are carried out correctly • Use the CRM to manage customer relationships and interactions • Employ the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system for business operations • Oversee and manage budget processes to ensure financial efficiency • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required • Experience with CRM is a must • Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is essential • Ability to use Management System effectively • Understanding of Accounting Functions is a prerequisite • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is indispensable • Competency in Billing Functions is required • Familiarity with Budget Processes is crucial
