Job Description Job Description We are looking for an energetic dispatch assistant for our waste management service client in Signal Hill, CA Job Duties: Be the go-to person for driver logs, compliance checks, and training updates. Coordinate pickups, schedule dispatches, and follow up on vehicles that need follow up Keep tabs on driver requirements and vehicle statuses with precision. Jump in to assist dispatchers with scheduling and communication as needed. Track maintenance needs and support DOT compliance—your attention to detail keeps us safe and legal Maintain crystal-clear records and daily driver notes like a pro.
